My biggest problem with 'Born to Die'
is that it can’t possibly be her singing the chorus of ‘Off To The Races’ — it must be some 12 year old. Or when she says ‘Sorry bout it!’ And when she says ‘vit-a-min.’ And her sort of rapping style of singing on some of the songs. I seriously don’t care about her lips or her authenticity or any of that.

I think what I'll miss most about break this year
is being able to get up at 8 am and make myself a nice breakfast with only Joanna Newsom for company. I love being able to get up early and do some stuff entirely by myself, without someone wanting to talk about something I don’t care about or about school or about my plans for the day. It’s relaxing!
